Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team who will be responsible to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non- technical information.
Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of total experience with Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, Business Intelligence, or other relevant fields

Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and come up with recommendations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science Engineering and Computer Information Systems

Advanced motivational, negotiation and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to partners
Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements and implementations

Execute the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports

Seek to identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts

Prepares routine reports (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.).

Analyzes trends and recommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends.
