To ensure compliance with version 2.0 of the Payment Card Industry Data Security
Standard (PCI DSS), AAPG needed to implement a Security Information and Event
Management (SIEM) system for its infrastructure in UAE and the United Kingdom. The
company needed a solution that could correlate events in real-time across its branch
offices, as well as its multiple data centers. The system needed to support existing
systems, primarily devices from Cisco and HP, yet have the scalability and flexibility to
support future expansion and new devices
